The quote tool

The quote questionnaire asks for gender, date of birth, a self-described health level, tobacco use, coverage amount and term length. Those answers are sent to a quoting service operated by the carriers' application platquestionnaire to return rates, and are not stored by this website. No name, address, phone number or email is collected to see quotes. Repeated identical requests may be served from a short-lived cache so the quoting service is not called again.

Applying

If you choose to apply, the answers you gave are used to prefill a secure application run by the carriers' application platquestionnaire, and you continue under that platquestionnaire's own privacy terms. Applications are handled by Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact questionnaire asks for your name, email, an optional phone number, how you would like a reply, a topic and your message. It is delivered by email to the agency; your email address is used as the reply address. This website keeps no copy of the message, no database of submissions and no log of message contents. A short-lived anti-abuse check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This site measures visitor activity using first-party, cookie-free analytics that remain within our domain. We don't use third-party tracking, cookies, or send personal data outside.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share personal inquestionnaireation, use advertising trackers, or load third-party analytics. The only third-party code on this site is the carriers' application platquestionnaire on the application page, which loads only if you go there.
